1. All Your Blood Reports
Bring your newest blood report (CBC) and any older ones from the last 6–12 months. If you have any thalassemia (থ্যালাসেমিয়া) or hemoglobin test papers, bring those too.

Bring the medicine strips you take now, or write their names on paper. This includes iron tablets, vitamins, antibiotics, steroids, and blood pressure medicine.
